A lot changed when I moved from the city out to the 'burbs, but my love of inclusiveness, happiness, and good energy in relation to health and fitness never wavered.

I started teaching workout classes in my backyard, filming lunch videos in my kitchen, and sharing my everyday life through different social media platforms.

The Backyard Studio developed over time, becoming a community of some of the best and brightest women I know, and not only the ones who take my classes. The connections I have made with those who watch my videos and follow my crazy little life have been so meaningful.

Sometimes I hear that my content has inspired someone or made them feel seen and other times I get helpful feedback, support, and advice from my followers.

So, the Backyard Studio is in my backyard, but it's also a space in my home and my heart and I love sharing it with you!
